Zeco Energy use cookies because it enables that the site is working correctly for the front end user, and for us to improve our site.

Managing cookies…

Select Tools

  1. Select Internet Options
  2. Select the Privacy tab and choose Advanced Options button
  3. Check the Override Automatic Cookie Handling tick box
  4. Disable the First Party cookies by choosing the Block option
  5. Disable the Third Party cookies by choosing the Block option
  6. Uncheck the option to ‘Always allow session cookies’
  7. Click on OK to confirm changes.

Mozilla Firefox

Select the “Firefox” menu

  1. Select “Options”
  2. Select the “Privacy” tab
  3. Under “History”, select “Use custom settings for history” from the dropdown list
  4. Uncheck the option “Accept cookies from sites”
  5. Click on OK to confirm the changes.

Google Chrome

Open the Tools menu by clicking on the Wrench icon

  1. Select “Options”
  2. Select “Under the Bonnet”
  3. Select “Content settings”
  4. Select “Block sites from setting any date”

Apple Safari

Open the Safari menu by clicking on the Gear icon

  1. Select “Preferences”
  2. Select the “Privacy” tab
  3. Select the option “Always” for the setting “Block cookies”
  4. Close the dialog box to confirm the changes.

How we use cookies…

Zeco Energy uses a website framework called WordPress. WordPress uses the cookies to view the web page in the best possible way. No personal information is sent to Zeco Energy using cookies.

New EU regulations affecting the use of cookies on UK sites recently came into force and the Information Commissioner’s Office has issued guidance explaining the new cookie requirements.
